"At Vincent Cerceo's State Farm, I recently communicated with Lisa to seek insurance for my new truck. I made a couple errors in my description of my truck and I had to call her back to correct the error. From the moment I was transferred to her to the end of our conversations she has been joyful, peaceful, precise, helpful, and she made me feel like I became her friend. Many people in customer service are sweet to work with but Lisa truly made me feel comfortable. Thank you Lisa! I've spoken to Mr. Cerceo when he aquired this location and he too was very friendly.
